Siyum Gudu Jeldu is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Witwatersrand. He holds a master's degree in Urban Management from the Technical University of Berlin and a BSc degree in Construction Technology and Management from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. His interest revolves around affordable housing, housing finance, urban development, slum upgrading, settlement analysis, construction, and project management.
