Oluwaseun Adesola Muraina

Oluwaseun is a PhD candidate at the University of Lagos. She is a qualified Real Estate Surveyor and Research Analyst with seven (7) years of collective (industry, teaching, and research) work experience. Oluwaseun works as a lecturer and research associate, respectively, at the Department of Estate Management and the Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development, at the University of Lagos. She holds a BSc & MSc in Estate Management from the University of Lagos (UniLag), Nigeria and also obtained another MSc in Real Estate Finance from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. Her research focus is on Sustainable & Infrastructure Financing, Real Estate Investment, Housing Economics, and Climate Adaptability issues.

Thesis: Co-creating a sustainable financing framework for Investing in Urban Infrastructure - in a Sub-Saharan African city.
