Dr Basirat Oyalowo

Postdoctoral Fellow University of Lagos

Basirat Oyalowo is a senior researcher/lecturer in housing and real estate studies at the University of Lagos and coordinates UniLag's PhD programme in Sustainable Urbanisation. She was educated at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife Nigeria, Northumbria University, UK and the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Her teaching and research focuses on promoting transdisciplinary approaches in housing informality, sustainability, policy and financing.
